We harvested huge stalks of rhubarb from the backyard. The plant had started flowering, and I couldnt bear to cut it down, it was so pretty! But we harvested the stalks so that they stayed healthy. Also harvested about half the strawberry patch. With so much rain in June, the slugs had already gone to town. So then the fruit just stays in the fridge. And stays there and stays there. Until Tyler gets a great idea and makes a strawberry rhubarb wit.
