Chocolate goodness

Tyler and I made chocolate! And guess who got the primo painting job task? US! Tyler was the precise "mad scientist" you will get fleur de lis and psycho colors from me!

I bought a deal a while back for Chocolee Chocolates in the South End of Boston. The class was held at Haley House, a full service soup kitchen and community. We painted chocolates, and learned about tempering, seeding, filling and dipping chocolates. Surfacy stuff, but it was fun. Tyler the know-it-all was a very good encourager. And I learned that I am a very good filler of candies!
The class was BIG. And I wish we had gloves on...But oh well!
